Fun in Tactile

In tactile I got to use this vibrating cushion. I really enjoyed resting my head on it as the vibrations made me happy. 

Out at The park

It was a great day being out and about at Carmichael reserve feeding the ducks. They got really close to my chair :)

Soccer Match

Yesterday we played our soccer match against Willrose. I was the goalie for Greerton and did an awesome job saving the ball from getting in the goal.

Art and craft

I had fun colouring in pictures that also taught me about drop cover and hold from the civil defence. I dicided the colour of the dog in the picture should be green :)

Sensory

I had a blast in sensory. I enjoyed the space theme with all the lights and images.

Balloon art

I had a great time filling the balloon with paint every-time the paint would go everywhere . I laughed so much at my friends when we got to pop the balloons . Can't wait till next week to do the next layer. 

The luminarium

I had an awsum time at the luminarium , there were domes filled with lots of different colours and lights. It was a very calming experience that I would love to go to again.

Music

I got to rock out with my friends in music had wigs, guitars and drums. I really enjoyed being in the sensory room with all the lights.

Sensory

I had such a great time during my last sensory session. It was very piece full  and relaxing

Making boats

In guys group I am enjoying making boats with coloured straws. We a calling our boat the hurricane. Its going to be fun to see if they float :)

Historic Village

Yesterday I went to the Historic Village and saw all the old buildings.

Jamming in sensory

The music,lights and sounds were fun explore and play with. 

Bowling

Bowling inside was super kool especially when I threw the balls at the pins :) Next time I hope to get a strike .

Tyre renovation

It was nice working in the sun making our seat out of tyres. Can't wait till it is finished.

Sport fun

Today I had a fun playing rounders. We went round the bases I even stole a base so I could make it home for my team. It was nice to be in the sun with all my friends I can wait till next week 😊

Computer's

I am having fun looking and learning about hot air balloons with my friend.

Board walk

I went for a really cool outing to Mount Manganui Beach and took a nice walk down the board walk along the sand and checked out all the sights and sounds. It was awesome. 

Painting a splash of colour

I worked with lots of different coloured paint today. It was messy but fun with all the paint going everywhere. I can't wait to see it hanging on the wall.

Spider fun!

I had a great time in the sensory room exploring the world of spiders. We watched a funny music video of a spider dancing, looked at pictures, sung spider songs and made spider art under the black lights.

Disco time

I had a lot of fun moving from room to room at the Disco!!! Also had fun head banging to the music that was playing!!

Music and movement. FEELING THE BEAT

I loved music and movement feeling the beat on the ball working with Donna.

Jammin in music

I enjoyed all the different instruments that I tryed while listening to good old rock and roll.

Computer time

I enjoyed playing on the iPad. The drums were fun especially when I tapped them and the crazy sounds came out. 

Classic flyers WWI Exhibition

We had a great time at Classic flyers checking out the WWI Exhibition called from Tauranga to the Trenches.  I got to see lots of guns, memorabilia, uniforms and lots of big planes.  Was a very cool day out

Hula hoop basketball

I had an BALL during music, I enjoyed the beat and vibrations the music made on the floor and hammered on an exercise ball to replicate the drums. I also loved throwing the exercise ball through the different hula hoops. I'm very good at sending that ball flying! 

Patting the guide dogs.

I went for a nice walk this afternoon and I was lucky, a nice lady was there with two guide dogs who have been working hard collecting money. They were having a nice rest and playing in the grass. They came over with the lady to have a pat with me. They had been hanging out with some of my friends from Arohanui collecting, I thought that was pretty cool. 

Sports outting

Yesterday we did sports outting in side I thought it was hilliorious to be under the paracute.i liked the feel of it on my face.

Renovating

Almost finished our awesome wine rack, I've been helping out lots with sanding it, making it look all distressed.

Arts and craft

Today I enjoyed painting a picture with Donna. Rolling the paint was kool and made pictures that looked like cars.

Marshalls Animal Farm

Today we went up to McLarens Falls to visit all the animals at Marshalls Animal Farm. I had so much fun. I met a huge Clydesdale horse called Gabrielle who kept licking my knee and my face. I thought it was so funny. We had a picnic lunch and saw heaps of birds.

Day at the beach

Had a lovely day out at the beach with all my friends, was pretty exciting with the new job chair I got to go on the sand.

Today I went to leisure island at the mount to explore the rock pools. I even got to try out the job chair witch allowed me to go on the sand.

Music fun

I had fun rocking out and exploring all the instruments in music. The Swiss ball was fun to play with as I was rocking out.

Rocking out to AC/DC

In computers we are working on a project so we put on some AC/DC to listen too while we worked and I thought it was awesome. I was rocking out to the music, but I really liked it when Nicole started singing I cracked up laughing every time.

Ten pin champion!

Today in computers I played a game of tenpin bowling on the iPad and I challenged Nicole. I won!! It was very funny and I had a great time.

Te Puna Quarry

Had a lovely day at Te Puna Quarry on Wednesday picnic lunch, walked around and saw lots of art work, and a bridge with shoes hanging off it.
