I have been all laughs today while put of my chair in the sensory room.

Police Visit

We had a lovely police woman named Leanne come into our centre and tell us lots of information about being a police woman and what her job involves. We got to try on her hat, have a hold of her handcuffs and see the flashing lights on the police car.

Historic Village Outing

Today my friends and I got to go check out the Men's Shed and the cinema at the Historic Village. 

Sports Group

This week for sports my friends and I went to Greerton Marist to practice our ball throwing skills. I loved being out of my chair!

Wilrose Talent Quest

On Friday we had our Wilrose Talent Quest that we have been practicing for. My song was We will rock you by Queen and I sure did ‘Rock It’. I had a pretend guitar and my friends clapped along to the beat. I made it through to the finals YESSSSS!

Memorial Park Outing

For sports group today my friends and I went to Memorial Park and I got out of my chair to play on the grass. I threw a frisbee, the Swiss ball and a soccer ball. I had so much FUN!

Fishing

I had such a fun day out with my friends. We went fishing at Sulphur Point. I held the fishing rod and laughed in the sun.
